Level 1 Diploma In Introduction To Professional Cookery (QCF)


It is designed to meet the needs of learners who work or want to work in the hospitality industry with a focus on becoming a professional chef. Students will prepare and cook food in our award-winning Rouge Restaurant.

Entry Requirement:

You will need to have 2 or 3 GCSEs at grade 2 including English Language and maths. You will also need to be motivated and committed to all elements of the course
