This course is fantastic if you would like an overview of the Hospitality and Catering industry. Your practical sessions will be equally divided between kitchen and restaurant giving you hands-on experience in all aspects of the trade.

Entry Requirement:

You will need to have 5 or more GCSE at grade 9-4 plus interview or Progression from Level 1 Diploma prior to enrolment, literacy and numeracy assessments will take place to be successful in this course. You will also need a satisfactory reference


Where does it lead:

Students can progress onto Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery, Level 3 Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality Services, Employment as a catering assistant or at a junior position in catering
