Level 1 BTEC Introductory Diploma in Business (Marketing and Customer Service Pathways)
You will study a range of modules that will give you a good basic understanding of business theory and be working in various business settings.
You will study, how to be organised, developing a personal progression plan, working with others and researching a topic.
Optional units will include, finding out about a business in your area, branding a product, creating a visual display, presenting a business idea, recording income and expenditure, communicating with customers.Subject: Business
