Level 2 Diploma in Digital Office Skills in Administration (ESOL)
This Level 2 qualification will enable you to develop essential office skills and a good understanding of work roles and responsibilities in today's exciting digital office environment. The course will equip you with the skills to operate as an administrator or in a front-of-house position.
This is a full study programme, and in order to gain the Diploma at Level 2 you will complete a mixture of mandatory and optional units, including: web design, PowerPoint, desktop publishing, databases and speadsheets. All IT units are delivered in the context of administration and customer service. English and maths are an additional part of your programme.
