Entry Requirement:

You will need to have achieved 5 or more GCSEs at Grade 9-4 or above (including maths and/or English at grade 4, or equivalent), or a Level 2 Food and Beverage qualification. Alternatively, you may have industry experience at hotel and restaurant level.

Where does it lead:

On successful completion of this course, you will able to enter employment supervising teams in the hospitality and catering industry. Alternatively, you will be able to further enhance your skills and knowledge by progressing onto higher education to study Hospitality Management.
