This course is FREE for most, find out more

You learn cake decorating skills and how to make flowers and other fancy decorations. You will need your own icing pump / bag, nozzle and apron after week one.

You will also be required to provide a cake for your final assessment as well as a dummy cake, some icing sugar paste, colouring and egg white powder for class practice.

    This is a fun, non-qualification course, so there is no assessment or exam.
