Change Management is the discipline which determines how we prepare, equip and support individuals to successfully adopt change in the workplace, while providing a structured approach for supporting individuals and teams to move from a current to future state.

Change Management continues to gain recognition as being an essential role within an organisation, due to the growing demand for qualified and experienced change practitioners, managers & leaders. Organisations have started to pay more attention to the area of Change Management recently, helping them to build stronger internal capability to better facilitate increasing levels of change.

This Change Management training will be held via classroom. This training course includes the Change Management manual.

This Virtual Classroom is held over 4 days, and you will need a suitable laptop to be able to join the training sessions. Your trainer, will be able to help you with any questions or concerns you may have throughout your time studying with us, and he will train you to the level where you can confidently prepare for, sit and pass your exams.
