- Age 19+
- Lived in the EU for 3 years.

Course information

This is a 12 week course for adults with continuous start dates throughout the year. With guidance and support you will work online towards achieving a recognised Level 2 qualification, and receive your certificate on completion. Please apply or contact us for further information.

Offering clear and accurate information, advice or guidance and knowing what can be shared legally and professionally can greatly improve outcomes for a business. There are some fundamental rules for successful information sharing and ensuring staff are aware is key.

Course Content:

- Explore communication techniques;
- Study how values, attitudes and beliefs can affect interactions;
- Develop interaction and interpersonal skills;
- Learn how information, advice or guidance can be explored;
- Learn how group interaction can be utilised;
- Manage information, including storage and retrieval;
- Learn how to comply with the law.

  • How you are assessed

    You will learn:

    - Unit 1 - Information, Advice or Guidance in Practice;
    - Unit 2 - Developing Interaction Skills for Information, Advice or Guidance.

    As part of your registration process for online learning you will have to attend a short induction to provide evidence of your eligibility. You will not have to attend an interview.
