Level 1 Award In Introduction To The Hospitality Industry (QCF)
It is designed to equip learners with relevant industry knowledge and
understanding of food preparation and cooking. Learners on this course will have
the benefit of training in our award-winning Rouge Restuarant at our Redbridge
Campus and Open Kitchen at our Hackney Campus.
