This qualification is designed for people who already work in the catering and hospitality sector and either work with or without food.

Course information

This Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Services will prepare you for working in the hospitality industry where you may be expected to undertake a range of duties, including serving customers, preparing and cooking food, serving drinks, reception, cleaning and preparing rooms.

  • How you are assessed

    You will be assessed by observation at your workplace and you will also produce a portfolio of evidence to support the different units you have chosen.
