Where Does It Lead:
On successful completion of this course, you will be ready work in a high class, professional kitchen in a hotel or restaurant. Alternatively, you will have the option to further enhance your skills and knowledge by progressing on to higher education to study hospitality management.
5 or more GCSEs at grade 9-4 including English Language and maths at grade 4, Progression from Level 2 or Merit or Distinction and Level 2 Functional skills.
You may also be required to take a trade skills test, which will involve a MasterChef-style challenge (you will be given a box of ingredients and asked to prepare a meal).Course Duration: 1 Year
