It is designed to equip learners with relevant industry knowledge and understanding of food preparation and cooking. Learners on this course will have the benefit of training in our award-winning Rouge Restuarant at our Redbridge Campus and Open Kitchen at our Hackney Campus.

Entry Requirement:

You will need to have two GCSEs in grade 2. You will also need to be motivated and committed to all elements of the course. You will undergo a skill scan during the interview.

Study Days: Monday - Friday
Study Time: Day- 9:00am - 4:30pm
Course Fees: £1655.00
