Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing Studies - Adult

Course Summary

The course is a mixture of practical and theory. You will learn aspects of practical plumbing, alongside the underpinning knowledge and health and safety required to successful complete the course.

You will learn about various plumbing techniques, materials and tools and will undertake theory and practical exams and complete a portfolio of work.

You will learn about hot and cold water systems, sanitation and drainage, along with learning how to fit radiators, taps, guttering etc. in addition to general electrical principles.

Suitable for those aged 19+ who wish to study during the day on a part-time basis.

Level 3 Plumbing course or Level 2 Apprenticeship or employment in the Plumbing or construction industry.

Entry Requirement:

You will need to have a Level 1 English and maths qualification to secure a place on the course. You are encouraged to study short English and maths courses with us prior to course start.

Study Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Study Time: Day- 9:00am - 4:00pm
