If you are a student or have made an application to the college please include your full name and student number or date of birth in your enquiry.

If you would like to receive tailored information about our courses, news and events please sign up to our registration form.

Please note, our Contact Centre answers calls for all campuses. Further information can be found on the menu items below.

  • Reporting Student Absence & Lateness

    Please report your absence or lateness on Proportal or Parent Portal, this can be done under notified absence. If you are unable to do this, you may send an email to your tutor. Do not phone us to report absence or lateness.

  • Course Advice

    If you would like to speak to an adviser about any of our courses you can contact our team by calling 0330 135 9000, via email on info@ncclondon.ac.uk or you can sign up to our registration form to receive tailored information about our courses, news and events.

  • Applications

    To apply for a course simply click ‘find a course’ at the top of the homepage. When you find the course you wish to study, click on ‘choose this course’ to start the application process.

  • Course Application Errors

    If you have any issues or errors when making a course application please take a screenshot of the error and email: mis@ncclondon.ac.uk and we’ll be able to help.

  • Careers Advice & Guidance

  • Student Support Services

    There are staff available on your campus to support you with anything from personal issues, your next steps after college, financial advice and support for your health and wellbeing (including counselling). Learn more here.

  • Reference Request

    For a student educational reference please email Customer Services at reference.requests@ncclondon.ac.uk

    If you are a previous employee of NCC and would like to request a reference please email HR at human.resources@ncclondon.ac.uk

    Do not use other email addresses as it will delay your response.

  • My NCC Account

    To access the MyNCC app and ProPortal you will need an NCC Account.

    You will receive an email from us with more information on how to set this up.

    From your MyNCC account you can:

    • Find out latest news at the college
    • Receive alerts and notifications
    • Report absence
    • View timetables
    • Check attendance
    • Check progress reports
    • Top up WisePay

    Within MyNCC you will also find a link to ProPortal.  This system is used to report absence and view progress reports.
