Your training includes opportunities to undertake paid work in our two commercial restaurants – Rouge (Redbridge) and OKN1 (Hackney). Here you will work under experienced professional head chefs and prepare dishes for paying customers.

OKN1 has been reviewed positively by influential food critics from the Sunday Times, The Observer and Evening Standard newspaper So, you are certainly guaranteed to develop great skills and confidence.

Our award-winning restaurant Rouge has also gained many accolades over the years building on an outstanding reputation within the community.

We also offer a Junior Chef course over eight weeks where the student will receive expert tutoring in all aspects of food preparation and cooking techniques
