Mystery Box Cooking Challenge

Are you aged between 13-16 years old and up for a cooking challenge?

Do you want a cooking master class with our industry professional chefs?

Our Hospitality and Catering department at New City College, Redbridge Campus are hosting an exciting competition on Saturday 25 March.

You will join us as junior chefs for the morning, and be given a mystery box full of ingredients to create lunch for you and a guest. Our professional chefs at our award winning Rouge Restaurant, will mentor you throughout the morning to help you create a show stopping masterpiece. They will then award their favourite dish of the day with an exciting prize!
