This entry level course will give you a real taste into the hospitality industry and provide you with the basic cooking skills. You will learn softer skills such as personal social development, functional skills in maths and English alongside customer service and basic food preparation and cooking.
You will be required to attend an informal interview and a basic skills test prior to enrolment.
