Join our top baristas for an engaging and entertaining learning experience. Class content is aimed to inspire baristas of all abilities with a combination of simple and more advanced coffees. Sessions are held our award winning professional restaurant. Follow your own personalised handbook to learn;

Learning to operate a coffee machine, maintenance and cleaning of coffee, setting the coffee grinder, perfecting espresso extraction times, tamping and packing coffee for shots, milk steaming and how to make silky micro foam for the milk based coffees, making classic coffees including espresso, latte, cappuccino, flat white and alcoholic coffee's general Barista skills

We have achieved the AA College Rosette award and the People First - 1st Silver Hospitality award.
