Join our top chefs for an engaging and entertaining learning experience. Over eight unforgettable weeks you will receive expert tutoring in all aspects of food preparation and cooking techniques.

Class content is aimed to inspire cooks of all abilities with a combination of simple and more advanced dishes. Sessions are held our award winning professional restaurant kitchen. For your final session you will be let loose to run one of our acclaimed event evenings showcasing your skills to paying customers.
