This is a body conditioning course that concentrates on building strength from the core of the body. It can help improve strength, mobility and breathing.
The course will cover-
· Align the spine, locate and engage core strength which will help improve posture.
· Co-ordinate simple exercises using pilates method, including effective breathing.
· Tone the body with smooth, balanced, precise movements.
· Be more aware of the mind/body connections in exercises.
Courses start in September, January and April.
