East London's largest college group serves young people and adults from diverse communities with an impressive range of courses and qualifications. Through the CPC Framework, the HR team at New City College looked to appoint a public sector staffing specialist who could focus on the quality provision of teaching staff and the operational professionals working with over 12,000 students.
