Celebration Time. A Level Students Secure Their Places At Leading Universities

A Level students from the Attlee A Level Academy in Stepney, E1, are celebrating today after securing the grades they needed to confirm their places to study at the UK's top universities.

High achieving students include Mohammed Adnan, with an impressive A*, A, A, A grades and now hoping to study natural sciences at Clare College, Cambridge University; and Meng Jie He, with an equally impressive two A*s, A and B grade and progressing to study chemistry at University College London.

Others achieving high graders are Denisa-Iulia Tanga, with an A* and two A grades and planning to start a degree accountancy apprenticeship with top firm KPMG in Canary Wharf; Nabil Ferdous, achieving three A grades and Rezwana Uddin, with two A and B grades and planning to study engineering and business respectively at Queen Mary University; Lapaz Copus, achieved A, B and C grades and Uto Akpabio one A and two B grades and both are now planning to study law at Sussex University and York University respectively.

There was also a 100% success rate across six A Level subjects this year including classical civilisation, English language and literature, Italian, law, film studies and media studies.

Congratulations to all our students today who are receiving their results. They have worked incredibly hard towards this day and it is great news that many are now progressing onto great universities and fulfilling their academic ambitions. It is always a great satisfaction to share in their joy when they open their results and witness the rewards of their hard work.
