The Management of Portfolios Practitioner training course supports the knowledge gained through the MoP Foundation level training and teaches you the more advanced principles and techniques performed at a practitioner level. 

As this is a Virtual Classroom training course, you will benefit from having an expert trainer with you to help teach and answer questions you may have.

We will teach you how to help your organisation make sound implementation decisions so you can change your business as usual (BAU) activity for the better.
