You will be expected have a minimum of Grade C/4 in English or Maths and complete internal assessment to ensure suitability for the course.

Captivated by the chemical make up of the world around you?

This GCSE program is an intensive one-year course for Adults, who wish to further themselves with a qualification in science.

The course is presented by our specialised staff, over nine topics including atomic structure and the periodic table, organic chemistry and chemistry of the atmosphere, with multiple practical experiments throughout the course in our modern, fully equipped, high quality labs.

  • How you are assessed

    You will sit two official GCSE Exams.
  • Why study at NCC?

    GCSE Chemistry is a requirement for many careers, including Primary Teaching (PGCE), Science degrees and the Health Professions. With a good GCSE grade there are a wide range of career options. You may wish to combine this GCSE with one of our other GCSE science options or a GCSE in English or Maths
