Eligibility criteria:

- Age 19+
- Lived in the EU for 3 years.

Course information

This is an 8 week course for adults with continuous start dates throughout the year. With guidance and support you will work online towards achieving a recognised Level 2 qualification, and receive your certificate on completion. Please apply or contact us for further information.

This qualification is suitable for a range of learners, either working or wishing to work in the housing sector, specifically for a housing association or social landlord.

  • How you are assessed

    You will learn:

    - Unit 1 – Introduction to the social housing sector;
    - Unit 2 – Understand the principles of safeguarding and equality and diversity;
    - Unit 3 – Understand mental and physically ill health;
    - Unit 4 – Understand reasons for problematic behaviour;
    - Unit 5 – Understand issues affecting isolated tenants.

    As part of your registration process for online learning you will have to attend a short induction to provide evidence of your eligibility. You will not have to attend an interview.
