This course is for people who want to improve their fitness and maintain or increase their balance, stamina, co-ordination, heart and muscular strength, endurance (MSE) and bone density.
A reasonable level of general fitness is required.
If you attend regularly, practice between lesson and eat a healthy diet you can expect to feel an increase in overall general fitness.
Please wear comfortable and loose clothing (jogging bottoms or leggings) and sports shoes or trainers.
Courses start in September, January and April.
