Welcome to the award winning Rouge Restaurant. Based at our Redbridge Campus, Rouge is staffed by NCC Catering and Hospitality students, led by a team of industry professionals. Join us for lunch or an evening of fine dinning and support the next generation of top chefs.

Our lunch menu is served from Monday to Thursday with dishes starting from as little as £3.00.

On Thursday nights, our themed evenings bring you a range of beautiful dishes from across the globe.

    Grilled sea bass with a wonderful mix of textures. Wonderful crispy okra cooked to order, aromatic coconut rice and a lentil dhal sauce with special spice blend

    Pea, broad beans and cottage cheese risotto
    Traditional Italian dish served when the rice is cooked al dente and the risotto is still a little runny, finished with fruity olive oil and cottage cheese (optional)

    Slow cooked beef rump steak served with a red wine jus and colourful fresh summer vegetables
