No formal entry requirements is required, you will have an interview


If you would like to develop your independence skills, communication, social skills and work skills through Enterprise projects, you may choose to do a Skills for Independence course.
You will probably be aged between 16 and 24 and may have needed extra support at school.

Your course will include:
Out in the community
self-advocacy/personal development
English and maths,
creative enterprise (running a business)
preparation for work.

You will learn through individual and group work in class, projects, practical sessions and outside visits.
Tutorial support and extra help will be available as and when you need it and transport can be arranged for you to come to college.
We may be able to arrange a link course with your school so that you come to college for half a day a week to see what it is like first.
