At this level, you will have an excellent knowledge of the relationship between Prince2 principles and products.

Official Prince2® Foundation and Practitioner Exams (6th Edition)

To gain Prince2 certification, you are required to take two exams, one closed-book and one open-book.

Prince2 Foundation Exam (6th Edition)

Aim: To measure whether you can act as an informed member of a project management team, using Prince2 methodology throughout a project environment.

- 33/60 required to pass = 55% pass mark
Prince2® Practitioner Exam (6th Edition)

Aim: To measure whether you can apply the Prince2 methodology to run and manage a non-complex project within a project environment.

CAPM Certified Associate in Project Management

The Certified Associate in Project management (CAPM) is the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) introductory certificate in project management. It is designed around the PMP standard and intended for those who want to stand out in the job market, with a recognised qualification to enhance their credibility.

PMP Project Management Professional

The Project Management Professional is the gold standard of project management. Developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) this is the heavyweight project management standard that takes the simple framework offered by other methods and adds to it a process-driven approach to ensure that project managers and organisations alike get the same consistent results, irrespective of scale or formality.

Over the 4-day course, you will cover each of the 49 processes of the certification and discuss the breakdown of each of these into ITTO’s, Inputs, Tools, Techniques and Outputs.
