We recognise on a day-to-day basis, you will be prioritising managing your business. We want to take away the strain when it comes to recruitment, training, and upskilling. New City College has an end-to-end service for the recruitment of apprentices, pre-employment, distance learning, re-training, and upskilling programmes. We also have over 9,000 16-19-year-olds looking for work experience, industry placements, and full or part-time jobs.
We have a team of dedicated Business Development Account Managers who will support you by carrying out an Organisational Training Needs Analysis (OTNA), to identify training and skills needs, which will generate an organisation skills audit. Your account manager will be your day-to-day contact, supporting you with any needs and queries.
If you are a new or micro business (as well as medium to large business), don’t worry, there are a variety of services available to you, especially if you are unable to make a long-term commitment at this time. The college operates a learning company model throughout the organisation.
As part of this initiative, we welcome live briefs, project work, and Adhoc work from all employers. As an example, if your website or marketing collateral requires refreshing, or you require support with an event; all opportunities for our students to get involved in the world of work are welcomed.
Haven’t found what you’re looking for, or is there something else we could be doing for your industry? Let us know. We are constantly reviewing and updating our offers and services for employers. Together we are preparing future generations of workers. We can only get this right by working collectively.
We know how important it is for businesses to work with other businesses, we host a range of events to facilitate this, and we hope to see you at one of them.
We know how valuable your time is as an employer, as a thank you, New City College operates an employer loyalty scheme – NCC Business Plus. This is a small gesture to thank you for working with us to ensure our curriculum is relevant and for helping us to prepare the next generation for the world of work.
