New City College’s 14–16 Provision provides a dynamic and welcoming college experience designed specifically for young learners seeking an inspiring alternative to traditional school settings. This course is designed for students aged 14–16 who have been Electively Home Educated for at least six months and are not currently attending mainstream school. Entry is usually arranged through an informative Information Event, followed by a tailored assessment and interview process. Each application is carefully considered on an individual basis to ensure the programme aligns perfectly with the learner’s needs and aspirations.
This flexible programme is expertly designed to guide students through Key Stage 4, with a strong emphasis on essential subjects like English and Maths alongside a broad range of other courses.
