If you are a student or have made an application to the college, please include your full name and student number or date of birth in your enquiry to help us assist you more effectively.

Reporting Student Absence and Lateness

Please report absence or lateness on Proportal or Parent Portal, this can be done under notified absence. If you are unable to do this, you may send an email to your tutor. To avoid disappointment, please do not telephone to report absence or lateness.

    If you would like advice on any of our courses, you can contact our team via email at info@ncclondon.ac.uk. Alternatively, you can call us at 0330 135 9000. You can also sign up for our registration form to receive tailored information about our courses, news, and events.

  • Applications

    To apply for a course simply click ‘find a course’ at the top of the homepage. When you find the course you wish to study, click on ‘choose this course’ to start the application process.

  • Enrolment Information

    Please read the information on this page to prepare you for enrolment in August 2024 for September starting courses. Please note that enrolment has closed for September 2024 start courses.

  • Course Application Errors

    If you have any issues or errors when making a course application please take a screenshot of the error and email: mis@ncclondon.ac.uk and we’ll be able to help.

    There are staff available on your campus to support you with anything from personal issues, your next steps after college, financial advice and support for your health and wellbeing (including counselling). Learn more here.

    If you are a previous employee of NCC and would like to request a reference please email HR at human.resources@ncclondon.ac.uk

  • My NCC Account

    Parents:

    To access the MyNCC app for Parent Portal you will need an NCC Account. Read our guide for Parents here.

    You will receive an email from us with more information on how to set this up.

    Students:

    Within MyNCC you will also find a link to ProPortal.  This system is used to report absence and view progress reports.

    From your MyNCC account (Students and Parents) you can:
