The library stocks a varied selection of books to support your learning, including wider reading and support material for taught courses, and study and revision guides. We also have an extensive collection of material to help with personal and professional development and employability, career information and advice on applying for University, mental health and well-being, and recreational reading.
We provide access to a wide range of Ebooks via Proquest and Browns VLE books. You can search for a specific title or a general topic using EBSCO Discovery Service.
Ebooks are fully searchable and downloadable on most devices, and it is easy to bookmark, print and save relevant content. If you would like help and support in accessing and using ebooks ‘ask a librarian’, watch the video guide, look at our help and guidance pages on EBSCO Discovery Service, or call into your library and learning centre and speak to a member of staff.

Planet eStream is a Unified Video Platform for education, featuring live streaming, digital signage, interactive learning tools, lesson and lecture capture, TV and radio recording and direct access to 2 million TV and radio programmes.
New City College is part of the Blended Learning Consortium which facilitates access to a wide range of resources currently covering 70 subject areas and over 2,200 individual study modules providing over 1,600 hours of interactive content.
