Entry requirements
To attend this course you must:
- Be aged 19 and over
- Be legally allowed to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK for the last three years
- Be claiming work-related benefits such as Jobseeker’s Allowance or Housing Benefit
- Pass a short assessment for English and Maths
Course information
Learn how to provide customer service, event stewarding and to help travellers around London's transport network. The course will cover aspects of Health and Safety, employability and interview skills and build confidence in dealing with large volumes of event attendees and people who need help getting around the city.
