To attend this course you must:

  • Be legally allowed to work in the UK

  • Pass a short assessment for English and Maths

Course information

Learn how to provide customer service, event stewarding and to help travellers around London's transport network. The course will cover aspects of Health and Safety, employability and interview skills and build confidence in dealing with large volumes of event attendees and people who need help getting around the city.
