MyNCC

Parents and students can use the MyNCC App to monitor progress, report and track attendance and more.  This app is available to download the app from Google Play Store or Apple Store.  Or you can access via your browser here: MyNCC website

Within MyNCC you will also find a link to ProPortal.  This system is used to report absence and view progress reports.

From your MyNCC account you can:

• Find out latest news at the college
• Receive alerts and notifications
• Report absence
• View timetables
• Check attendance
• Check progress reports
• Top up WisePay

ProPortal

Please make sure you check your ProPortal account for important information about your course. If you have any problems with your account please refer to these guidance notes or email systems.innovation@ncclondon.ac.uk. You can access your ProPortal account through the MyNCC app.

We encourage cashless payments

All payments, including for food and drinks at the College Canteens, can be made in one of the following ways:

• Debit/Credit card or mobile phone
• ID Card and WisePay Account
• Cash only if the above are not possible.

Important Note for Parents and Students:
Parents cannot create accounts on behalf of their child. If you wish to manage your child’s student account (e.g. for top-ups), you must request to become a secondary user. To do so, please email income@ncclondon.ac.uk with your request.

To use your ID card to make payment:

• Find your WisePay login details which have been sent to your college email account. Please ensure that you check your junk emails.
• Activate your account by using your login details.
• Top up your account at least 10 minutes before buying any food or drinks at the college.
• Use your ID card to touch in and make payment at the canteen.
• Contact Finance at onlinepayments@ncclondon.ac.uk if you have not received the WisePay login details.
• You can also get into Wisepay through the MyNCC app.
