No formal entry requirements, though an interest in working in housing and an understanding of basic housing practices is helpful. You must be legally allowed to work in the UK and have a good standard of English, maths and IT.

  • This is a short six weeks, full-time intensive course which runs Monday - Friday.

This Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice provides a general introduction to the housing sector. A housing professional who gains an accredited qualification from CIH will be equipped with the key skills and expert knowledge they need to contribute to performance improvements in their organisation in a fast changing environment.
