Entry requirements

No formal entry requirements, though an interest in working in information and guidance or supportive roles is desirable. You must be legally allowed to work in the UK and have a good standard of English, maths and IT.

Course information

  • This is a 12 week, full-time intensive course which runs Monday - Friday.
  • Following completion of this course you will be guaranteed a job interview.

This course teaches you how to provide clear, accurate information, advice and guidance, and clarifies what can be shared legally and professionally to improve business outcomes. It covers the fundamental rules of effective information sharing and emphasises staff awareness.

    You will learn:

    - Unit 1 - Information, Advice or Guidance in Practice;
    - Unit 2 - Developing Interaction Skills for Information, Advice or Guidance.

    As part of your registration process for online learning you will have to attend a short induction to provide evidence of your eligibility. You will not have to attend an interview.
