Entry requirements

No formal entry requirements, though an interest in working with children and an understanding of basic educational practices is helpful. You must be legally allowed to work in the UK and have a good standard of English, maths and IT.

Course information

  • This is a short six weeks, full-time intensive course which runs Monday - Friday.
  • Following completion of this course you will be guaranteed a job interview.

This course provides essential knowledge on supporting the wellbeing and development of children and young people. You will explore key concepts in child and adolescent growth, emotional and social wellbeing, and strategies to promote positive learning environments.   • How you are assessed
