Phil has over 25 years' experience in Further Education. His career started as a technician in the Performing Arts department at Epping Forest College and he progressed through to lecturing, head of department, advanced practitioner, assistant principal and most recently, deputy principal roles.
Phil is passionate about improving the college experience of students and ensuring that they achieve and progress onto bigger and better things. He says: "College makes a real difference to the lives and futures of young people – that’s why I do this Job!"
In his spare time Phil enjoys cooking, eating, travelling and spending time with his family.
