  • Good IT skills
  • Successful completion of initial assessment and interview
  • Essential: Knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and general good IT skills

Course information

The City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in ICT Systems Support is for learners who want to build the knowledge and practical skills needed for ICT support roles. You will develop confidence in supporting users, maintaining ICT systems, and working with networks and security in a professional setting.

The qualification covers key areas such as customer support and service delivery, installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring and troubleshooting issues, and following good practice for security and documentation.
