Rob joined NCC in 2026, having worked in education since 2003. He is passionate about transforming lives through high-quality learning, strong student support and ambitious educational leadership.
As Principal, Rob is committed to ensuring that every student has access to an outstanding education, to achieve their ambitions and progress successfully into higher education, apprenticeships or employment. He believes that creating a positive, inclusive and supportive culture is fundamental to student success and works closely with staff, students, parents and community partners to achieve this.
Rob developed his career through a sports background, gaining a deep appreciation for teamwork, resilience and discipline and creating environments in which individuals can thrive and achieve their potential. He has led significant improvements in teaching, learning, quality and student outcomes, with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams and driving educational excellence.
Rob is proud to work in a sector that has the power to change lives, strengthen communities and create opportunities for future generations. His leadership is underpinned by the values he developed through sport: high expectations, collaboration, determination and a commitment to helping every individual perform at their very best.
