Go Beyond Imagination, build confidence and enrich your life with new interests, friends and experiences

When you join New City College, you are joining a diverse and vibrant community. Alongside your main course or courses, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of a vast number of enrichment activities, including many student-led clubs and societies.

We encourage all students to get involved in our enrichment programme to meet new people, have fun, experience new activities, develop skills and make new friendships.

Our Enrichment teams on each campus provide information about all the activities available via student newsletters, the Virtual Learning Environment platform and information screens around our buildings.

We offer a range of activities such as:

  • Sports clubs, including a Tottenham Hotspur Football Academy
  • Societies, including Democracy in Action Student Union and Debating Society
  • Social and cultural groups, such as LGBTQ+
  • Academic and creative enrichments
  • Competitive and recreational sports and fitness/exercise
  • Access to college gyms with personal fitness instructors
  • Volunteering
  • The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

Joining an Enrichment activity at college is not only fun, it will build your character, enable you to meet new people with similar interests, develop your skills, make you more employable, enhance your college course and academic studies and generally help you to become a more well-rounded young person.
