The excitement is building as we look forward to New City College’s glamorous Student Achievement Awards night being held on October 6th at a prestigious London hotel.
Our annual presentation evening is held to recognise students who have achieved great things through hard work, tenacity and determination. The awards honour not just our high academic achievers, but also those who have overcome adversity, personal challenges, have gone above and beyond in their local communities or who have shown compassion for others.
The event will be live-streamed on our website so that as many people as possible can watch the celebrations as they unfold.
Our special guest, pictured above, who will be talking and handing out the trophies, is former New City College drama student Charles Babalola, who is best known for his roles in films The Legend of Tarzan, Mary Magdalene and Gretel & Hansel. He has also appeared in Netflix hit Black Mirror and TV shows Bancroft and Broadchurch – among many others.
