New City College is proud to display the Matrix Standard mark to demonstrate that we offer high quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) services, such as in admissions and careers.
The Matrix Standard is the International Quality Award for organisations that deliver IAG, and it helps improve services by benchmarking against best practice.
During the Matrix Standard Accreditation process at New City College in March 2024, assessors spoke to students about their experiences and this is what they had to say:
