Payment method New City College accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• Credit card

Refund Criteria

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances on a case-by-case basis:

• The college is unable to provide the academic programme originally applied for and the applicant does not want to take up a place on any alternative offered.
• The applicant fails to meet the condition of their offer.
• If the applicant fails to obtain a student visa (please see refusal section below)

Visa Refusal:

A refund request can be made in the event of a visa refusal, provided the visa application was valid and submitted on time.

An administrative fee of £250 will be retained in cases of visa refusal.

No refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

• Fraudulent application.
• More than one refusal due to insufficient funds.
• More than one refusal due to incorrect documentation.
• Failure to attend your visa appointment, unless extenuating circumstances are present and can be substantiated.
