Entry requirements

Grade 5 English Language GCSE, Grade 5 Maths GCSE, Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9 - 4, including English and Maths

Course information

Launch your career in business and management with the T Level in Management and Administration. This two-year qualification is equivalent to three A Levels and carries UCAS points, giving you the knowledge, skills and professional behaviours needed to progress into skilled employment, higher apprenticeships or university study.

You will explore how businesses operate, make strategic decisions and lead teams effectively. Supported by experienced tutors, you will gain a strong understanding of leadership, project management and organisational behaviour while applying your learning through a substantial industry placement in a business-related environment.

You will also complete a specialism in one of the following areas: Business Support, Business Improvement or Team Leadership and Management.

If you do not yet meet the entry requirements for this course, there are still plenty of options available to help you achieve your goals. When you come to enrol, our curriculum team will advise you on the best course to suit your needs and support you to progress, including opportunities to retake your English and/or maths GCSEs alongside your studies.

What Can This Course Lead To

After completing the T Level in Management and Administration, you can progress to a wide range of opportunities in higher education, apprenticeships and employment.

Many students go on to university to study subjects such as business management, marketing, finance, human resources, or international business. Others choose higher or degree apprenticeships in areas like business administration, project management, leadership, or operations.

You can also move directly into skilled employment in roles such as business support officer, project coordinator, team leader or operations assistant. This T Level equips you with the professional, analytical and leadership skills employers and universities value across every sector of the economy.
