Course information
This City and Guilds qualification is industry recognised and open doors to roles within cafes and restaurants. Class content is aimed to inspire baristas of all abilities with a combination of simple and more advanced coffees. Sessions are held at our award winning professional restaurant.

- perfecting espresso extraction times
- tamping and packing coffee for shots
