You will be expected have a minimum of Grade C/4 in English or Maths and complete internal assessment to ensure suitability for the course.
Course information
Fascinated with the inner workings of the human body? This GCSE program is an intensive one-year course for Adults, who wish to further themselves with a qualification in science.
The course is presented by our helpful and supportive, specialised staff, over seven topics including cell biology, infection, variation and evolution. You will sit two examinations in the Summer at the end of the course, and take part in multiple practical experiments throughout the course in our modern, fully equipped, high quality labs.

GCSE Biology is a requirement for many careers, including Primary Teaching (PGCE), Science degrees and the Health Professions. With a good GCSE grade there are a wide range of career options. You may wish to combine this GCSE with one of our other GCSE science options or a GCSE in English or Maths
