We are committed to reducing the gender pay gap. Our mean gender pay gap is 14.53% and the median gender pay gap is 17.63% which is higher than the national norm of 15.4% for the mean and 17% for the median. The sector norm is around 10%.

We will continue to look at HR processes such as recruitment and promotions to address any adverse impact these may have on women’s pay.
