How to log into your Pro Portal account

This account is essential in becoming a New City College student and is used for you to track your application, edit your personal details, book applicant events and accept and decline offers.

Please note, you will only have limited access at this time. Once your enrolment is completed (during the summer), you will have full access as a New City College student. If you experience any difficulties in logging in or you need to reset your password, please email ITServiceDesk@ncclondon.ac.uk. Please include your Student Reference Number and explain that you are attempting to log in to ProPortal.
